Assisted Living Service, Inc. – a smaller family-owned non-medical home care company based in Connecticut – was looking for a way to compete with larger national brands on the web. They had an outdated website and no social media presence, and their search results were, well, non-existent. They knew home care, and they did it very well, but they didn’t have the knowledge or the resources to manage their online presence – and they were in jeopardy of losing market share because of it.
Assisted Living Services, Inc. hired us to redesign their website, create a social media presence for the company, teach them how to blog, and help them to manage their online infrastructure.
The company now has a beautiful and effective set of online properties that can compete with any local or national chain out there. Their website is updated frequently with photos and blog articles showcasing their staff and the company’s accomplishments. The site is highly visible on search engines and looks great on any device. Over time, we’ve added landing pages, Email marketing, and we even built their sister company, Assisted Living Technologies, Inc., an online store where they sell aging in place devices. In March of 2013, the website was a finalist in the national SeniorHomes.com “Best of the Web” contest.
